Glen was introduced to, and became inspired with business development when he met his wife in college. He began dreaming about investing in a career that would be fulfilling and impactful. Utilizing his natural communication skills and creative approach, he has enjoyed serving others in various industries, including Event Rental Franchising, Residential Real Estate, Credit Restoration, and Digital Product Sales. When he's not helping other's find careers in the staffing industry, he has his hands full with his four kids, School Bus/RV renovation, and real estate investing.
Passionate about helping other people realize their career calling, investor and business developer, credit expert, tech-nerd and spread sheet guy, workout-til-I-pass-out, aspiring cook, hunter, painter, artist, cabin in the woods fanatic.

Our Founder
Shelley Haller is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Blue Sky Hire. Originally from New England, she grew up in Maine and New Hampshire, and graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, with a degree in Business Administration. She joined Johnson & Johnson and was was promoted to a key account management and training position in Baltimore, Maryland, where she was employed for almost ten years,
and currently resides.
Shelley was introduced to the staffing industry almost twenty years ago, and it is here where she found her passion. A “commitment to excellence” has been her foundation for success. She has been instrumental in leading the growth of several nursing and behavioral health staffing organizations in Maryland. She developed Medical Staffing Network’s per diem and contract nursing business which was recognized as the #1 local and travel contract division nationwide. Most recently she served as the Division Manager for Staffing Plus, a behavioral health and education staffing agency, where she built strong personal and business partnerships.
Shelley is pleased to announce Blue Sky Hire. This is exciting news and the culmination of many years of commitment and proven results servicing the behavioral health and nursing industries.
